Express Cloud Host reserves the right to cancel or suspend the access to any or all services provided by us, if we found that the account has been used inappropriately. We reserves the right to take immediate action to suspend or cancel an account, when it is affecting other clients, without prior warning. We also suspend or cancel any or all accounts when any of the law enforcement agencies or data center asked to do so. Here is an outline of the usage policies.
All services provided by Express Cloud Host should be used for lawful purposes only. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, pornography or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Express Cloud Host inculpable from any claims resulting from the use of the service that damages the subscriber or any other party. Examples of unacceptable content or links:
Express cloud Host will not permit to host videos, films, movies, mp3 files, songs, any privacy protected contents in any of our shared servers.
Domain changes on existing shared hosting account allowed only on advanced plan. Otherwise you need to buy new account with new domain.
Any unauthorised use or access to other accounts of an Express Cloud Host customer will result in actions against the attacker. Action includes warning, suspension or termination of accounts based on the decision taken by the management. We will also initiate civil or criminal legal action based on the depth of the attack. Express Cloud Host will take serious action against those who host phishing contents or any malicious codes in your account.
We do not allow any shared hosting customers to install any chat rooms without prior written permission from the Express Cloud Host support team as this will violate the fair usage policy in a shared hosting environment.
If your account uses excessive resources in a shared hosting environment, we will suspend the account without prior information inorder to safeguard the interests of other users in that server.
Express Cloud Host reserves the right to change the price of any service at any time on 30 days notice to existing clients.
We encourage the customers to contact our technical support team by an email at firstname.lastname@example.org from your registered email id. You can also contact the support team through the live chat facility available in the website.
Our servers are connected to internet round the clock. So it is also exposed to hackers or any other attackers. We take weekly backup of all the accounts hosted in our server on an external backup storage and can restore accounts in case of an attack or hardware failure. Our backup system is fully automated through Jetbackup and we cannot guarantee that every piece of data will be backed up at a specific time. We will not account for incomplete backups or will not render any compensation for incorrect backups. Restoration of backups will cost $10 per account in case the issue was not caused from the server side.
All plans have bandwidth available for use. Complete usage of the bandwidth in a calendar month will lead to automatic suspension of account and you may have to purchase additional bandwidth to get the account unsuspended automatically. Any unused bandwidth will not roll over to next month.
Any customer who uses his account for email spamming will lead to immediate suspension and will not provide any refund. We will charge you for providing the backup as we do not tolerate spamming. Those who are looking to run email marketing campaigns may not choose us as we do not support spamming.
Customers must update their billing information like address or credit card changes.
We will send out invoices before 15 days to end the contract period. It is the duty of the customer to complete the payment on time. Late payment may attract penalty and also leads to account suspension. We will notify you through email after we receive the payment and your invoice will be marked as ‘Paid’ in billing area. Any account that are past due after 30 days will be suspended.
All fees are due in advance and we will not activate any account without receiving the full amount mentioned in the invoice.
If you are not satisfied with any of our service, you can cancel your account by writing to email@example.com. All refunds will be processed according to the refund policy of the company. Any cancelled account cannot be reactivated as we will terminate all accounts from our server. But you can purchase our service in future, if you change your mind.
We offer 30 days money back guarantee for all shared and reseller hosting. However refunds cannot be processed for products like domain, SSL certificates, VPS and dedicated server. You can claim refunds for VPS and dedicated server only if we are not able to provide the service. You can also avail refund for the remaining period, if we are not able to resolve any server side issues within 7 days after creating a ticket. Coding issues should be resolved with your developer or it will be charged additionally.
